Returns Policy

We understand that sometimes you may want to return an item. If you change your mind you, may return items within 30 days for a full refund. No questions asked.

Return shipping will need to be covered by you as the buyer. However if you paid with PayPal, you can arrange to have them refund your return shipping costs. For more information on this click here.

You should expect to receive your refund within 2 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive your refund more quickly. If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

If when you receive your item it is defective, then we will pay the return shipping and replace the product. 


We can ship to anywhere in Australia. Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $14.95.

Delivery and Despatch Times

We're experiencing high order volumes at present but remain committed to processing and dispatching orders as quickly as we can. However, please allow for delays due to the circumstances. If you've been sent a tracking number for your order, please allow up to 72 hours for this to activate on the carrier's website.

We process orders daily at 8am. We strive to deliver within 3 to 5 business days all over Australia. We deliver using Australia Post and Fastway.

Delivery times are estimated between 3-5 days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location:

1-2 business days - NSW / ACT
2-3 business days - VIC / QLD
4-5 business days - SA / TAS
4-6 business days - WA / NT
