We ship Australia wide using Australia Post. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery zone and the total weight of your order.

Free shipping
We know free shipping is important, and we do our best to offer it where possible.
Due to the size and weight of many of our cleaning products, shipping costs can increase quickly once orders become heavier. To ensure we can continue to offer fair pricing across our range, free shipping is available on a limited basis.
- Zone 1 NSW, VIC, ACT: Free shipping on orders $120 and over with a total cart weight of less than 1 kg.
- Zone 2 QLD, SA: Free shipping is not currently available.
- Zone 3 WA, NT, TAS: Free shipping is not available.
If your order qualifies, the Free Shipping option will automatically appear at checkout. Orders that exceed the weight limit will be charged the standard shipping rate based on destination and total order weight.
This approach allows us to keep product prices competitive while continuing to ship Australia wide.
Dispatch times
Please allow 1 to 2 business days for orders to be processed and dispatched. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Estimated delivery times
Shipping times are estimates provided by Australia Post and can vary due to factors outside our control, including peak periods, public holidays, regional service schedules, and weather events.
- NSW and ACT: estimated 1 to 2 business days from dispatch
- VIC and QLD: estimated 2 to 3 business days from dispatch
- SA and TAS: estimated 4 to 5 business days from dispatch
- WA and NT: estimated 4 to 6 business days from dispatch
Regional areas may require additional delivery time.
